Dai Juchuan, professor, doctoral supervisor, distinguished professor of "Furong Scholar Award Program" in Hunan Province, leading scientific and technological innovation talent in Hunan Province. His main research interests are complex electromechanical system dynamics and wind power technology and equipment. In recent years, he has presided over basic national defense scientific research projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, major demonstration projects of integration of defense and civilian technologies in Hunan Province, etc., with research funding of nearly 20 million yuan. He has published more than 60 papers in important academic journals at home and abroad. He won 1 first prize and 2 second prizes of Hunan Province Science and Technology Award, 1 first prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, and applied for more than 50 intellectual property rights.

Wenxian Yang received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 1999. He completed his postdoctoral research at Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2001. He was with the City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong; Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham, U.K.; Cranfield University, Cranfield, U.K.; Durham University, Durham, U.K.; the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, Blyth, U.K; and Newcastle University, Newcastle, U.K. He is a Professor with University of Huddersfield. His research interests include marine and offshore renewable energy, signal processing, machine condition monitoring, and artificial intelligence in both industry and academia.

Hongxiang Zou, Ph.D. Professor, the dean and academic leader of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Hunan Institute of Engineering, head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Center of Hunan Ordinary Colleges and Universities for Intelligent Mechanics, head of the Zero-Carbon Electricity Technology and Application Xiangtan Science and Technology Innovation Key Team, special researcher of Hunan Key Laboratory of Automotive Power and Drivetrain System, special professor of the School of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering of Changsha University of Science and Technology. He is mainly engaged in the research of intelligent materials and structure design, dynamics analysis and control. In recent years, he has presided over more than 10 scientific research projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China (youth and surface); published more than 80 papers in authoritative journals at home and abroad, with more than 1,400 citations of research results; and authorized more than 40 national invention patents.
RenGui Bi, PhD, Professor
Vice Dean of the School of Physics and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Jishou University.
In recent years, he has primarily engaged in mechanical engineering higher education in ethnic regions, research on mechanical and acoustic metamaterials, and lightweighting and intelligent R&D of advanced equipment. He has led/completed 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project, 1 Hunan Provincial New Engineering Research and Practice Project, and 5 industry-sponsored horizontal projects. As the primary contributor, he has received 2 Teaching Achievement Awards and 1 Undergraduate Classroom Teaching Quality Award from Jishou University, while guiding students to win over 30 provincial-level or higher awards in academic competitions. His academic outputs include 1 published textbook, 7 authorized patents, and more than 30 papers published in journals such as Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering and Applied Physics Letters, with over 300 SCI citations.
